HOMESTEAD ARB, Fla. -- Mr. Willie Eutsey, a 482nd Force Support Squadron civilian, is July's Mako Maintainer. The Mako Maintainer program gives Homestead ARB civilians who would not normally see flight line activity a chance to work with a crew chief to prepare a jet for launch.

The program serves to instill in members that they are part of the team, and reward them for outstanding job performance.

Mr. Eutsey works at the Falcon' s Nest Club on base. While departing the flight line, he smiled and said "I want one, I want to fly one."
