Legal Assistance services* are offered to eligible beneficiaries in the following priority order:

1. Air Reserve Technicians and Traditional Reservists assigned to 482 FW: Wills, routine POAs, and Legal Assistance provided from 1300-1500 on Saturdays of the Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs) only. Visit the legal assistance website above to create your will or POA worksheet and receive a ticket number. Email your last name, ticket number, and phone number to 482fw.ja@us.af.mil, someone will call you to arrange an appointment.

2. Active Duty Air Force assigned to 482 FW: Wills, Powers of Attorney (POAs), Notaries, Legal Assistance by appointment only. Visit the legal assistance website above to create your will or POA worksheet and receive a ticket number. Email your last name, ticket number, and phone number to  482FW.JA@US.AF.MIL, someone will call you to arrange an appointment.

POAs for deployment or family care plans will be provided outside the UTA by appointment only. Call 786-415-7063 to arrange an appointment outside of the UTA.

3. Retirees: POAs and notaries by appointment only. Call 786-415-7063 (Mon-Fri) or 786-415-7316 (UTAs) to arrange an appointment.
