Capt. Walter Wyatt
Two F-16 jets (like the ones pictured) from the 482nd Fighter Wing, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla., roared over former Capt. Walter Wyatt's house coincidentally as his family prepared to take him to the funeral home on June 8. Wyatt served as a decorated U.S. Army Air Forces fighter pilot in World War II and flew with the famed Flying Tigers. The jets were returning to base after a local training mission.
