Retired Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, keynote speaker for South Dade Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee's 16th Annual Awards Banquet, described the three elements to effective partnerships to the crowd of attendees, which followed the “Strengthening our Partnerships” theme of the banquet which was held in Community Activity Center on April 11. The theme for the MAC event supports the Air Force program working to partner with the local community and federal agencies through Public-Public, Public-Private Partnership.
