Master Sgt. Francisco Navarro from the Homestead Air Reserve Base Honor Guard presents a folded American flag to Ms. Lucille Patrick, mother of Miami Police Officer and retired Air Force reservist Carl Patrick during a funeral ceremony on May 17.
