Master Sgt. Luis Mateo, 482nd Civil Engineer Squadron first sergeant, speaks to approximately 56 non-commissioned officers of the 482nd Fighter Wing who attended a Human Resource Development Council Leadership Conference at Heritage Hall on Aug. 1. The new supervisors and aspiring leaders in attendance represented almost every section of the wing and absorbed information, tips, leadership philosophy and lessons learned during the day-long leadership seminar.
