Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart delivers the keynote speech to members of the Greater Homestead/Florida City Chamber of Commerce during their annual conference, which was held at Homestead Air Reserve Base on Aug. 28. The Chamber’s mission is to strengthen the economy of South-Miami Dade County and enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors through programs of voluntary action to preserve and protect the American system of free competitive enterprise; and to advance the economic, civic, educational, cultural and social well being of the South Miami-Dade community.
