Brinley becomes new LRS commander

Lieutenant Colonel Robert E. Brinley assumed command of the 482nd Logistics Readiness Squadron, Homestead Air Reserve Base during a ceremony on Nov. 1. He comes to Homestead ARB from 22nd Air Force, Dobbins ARB, Ga., where he held the position of Deputy Chief of Contingency Plans, 622nd Regional Support Group. Lt. Col. Brinley was commissioned in 1987 and has served in a variety of positions to include: medical service corp, command post, logistics and the Strategic Mobility Center, U.S. Central Command.
