Homestead pilot selected to fly with Thunderbirds
HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- Maj. Sean Gustafson, 93rd Fighter Squadron pilot, was selected to fly with the Thunderbirds, the premier U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Team. The Thunderbirds, based out of Nellis AFB, Nev., perform precision aerial maneuvers demonstrating the capabilities of Air Force aircraft to millions of people throughout the world. His selection marks the first time a member from the Air Force Reserve will fly with the Thunderbirds since its formation in 1953. (U.S. Air Force photo)
