Bulgarian Minister of Defense receives Orientation Flight

GRAF IGNATIEVO AIR BASE, BULGARIA - Nicolay Tsonev (center), the Bulgarian Minister of Defense, talks with Bulgarian media representatives before taking off on an Orientation Flight flown by Lt. Col.
