Homestead reservists thank wounded warriors for their sacrifice

KEY LARGO, Fla. – Lt. Col. George Adrian, Maj. Greg Hohman, Senior Master Sgt. Oscar Lopez (pictured) and several other wing members participated in a celebration for 25 veterans from both the United States and United Kingdom who were wounded in combat while serving in Iraq or Afghanistan on May 2. The wounded warriors were staying in Key Largo with Eagle Divers, Inc., which is a nonprofit organization that trains combat wounded military members in scuba diving for physical and mental rehabilitation. Hundreds of Florida Keys residents showed their gratitude to these heroes for their service and sacrifice. (U.S. Air Force photo/2nd Lt. Erik Hofmeyer)
