Phantom

Members of the 482nd Fighter Wing, Homestead ARB, Fla., lift an F-4 Phantom aircraft to place it on a pedestal in Homestead, Fla. The aircraft rests in the city as a symbol of the military presence in the area. The F-4 was the primary fighter jet used by the Dept. of Defense during the Vietnam era (U.S. Air Force Reserve photo by Lisa Macias).
