482nd Fighter Wing Commander Col. Randy Falcon is joined by former Congresswoman Carrie Meek and former 482nd Fighter Wing Commander Maj. Gen. Charles Stenner during a ribbon cutting ceremony at Homestead Air Reserve Base Jan. 27. The ceremony officially opened the $3 million Heritage Hall Training and Conference Facility at the base.
