Mr. Robert G. Steele, a painter and illustrator who is a member of the Air Force Artist Program, walks out for a ride in an F-16 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla., June 11, accompanied by Col. Randall G. Falcon, commander of the 482nd Fighter Wing. Mr. Steele visited the base to learn about the Air Force Reserve and document the activities of Citizen Airmen, their equipment and activities.
