Homestead Reservists return from Iraq
Family members, friends, and local media representatives eagerly awaited the arrival of more than 260 Airmen from the 482nd Fighter Wing from a deployment to Balad Air Base, Iraq. The 93rd Fighter Squadron from the 482nd Fighter Wing at Homestead Air Reserve Base provided close air support and surveillance and reconnaissance missions in support of U.S. and Coalition ground forces throughout its deployment.
