482nd FW welcomes new command chief

Col. Randall G. Falcon, 482nd Fighter Wing commander, presents a shadow box containing the enlisted rank structure to Senior Master Sgt. Clarence Tears after Sergeant Tears was named the new 482nd FW command chief master sergeant during September’s wing commander’s call. Sergeant Tears previously served as the 482nd Civil Engineer Squadron engineering superintendent, and will replace Chief Master Sgt. Charles Clunie who served as command chief for two-and-a-half years. Chief Clunie is moving on to a position with the 482nd Fighter Wing’s Newcomer’s Flight where he will ensure top notch newcomer in-processing. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Paul Dean)
