Col. Randall G. Falcon, 482nd Fighter Wing commander, presents a shadow box containing the enlisted rank structure to Senior Master Sgt. Clarence Tears after Sergeant Tears was named the new 482nd FW command chief master sergeant during September’s wing commander’s call. Sergeant Tears previously served as the 482nd Civil Engineer Squadron engineering superintendent, and will replace Chief Master Sgt. Charles Clunie who served as command chief for two-and-a-half years.
