Surprise pin-on ceremony marks Colonel Mood's promotion

Col. Charles Mood, 482nd Logistics Readiness Squadron commander, has the rank of colonel "pinned" on by Col. Randall Falcon, 482nd Fighter Wing commander, on Jan. 15. The new colonel was asked to drop by the wing commander’s office for a pressing meeting and was surprised with an informal ceremony.
