Senior Airman Katie Spencer, 316th Wing public affairs specialist, left, presents Nancy Dunnham, World War II Woman Airforce Service Pilot, with a bronze replica of the Congressional Gold Medal in a private ceremony at the Capitol building visitor center March 10, 2010. Ms. Dunnham is from Bellevue, Wash., and served as part of the “Caterpillar Club,” a skydive team that jumped from simulated burning and damaged aircraft.
