MAKO's make presence known
Personnel from the 482nd Maintenance Squadron Fabrication Section stand in front of aircraft number 209 after painting the distinctive tail art on June 29. The 482nd Fighter Wing “Mako’s” branded its image with distinguishable tail art for the wing’s flagship F-16 aircraft. The distinct aircraft markings are a first for Homestead Air Reserve Base and will serve as reminder of the strength, pride and perseverance of the 482nd FW. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Lou Burton)
