SOCSOUTH welcomes new commander
Hundreds of service members and civilians listen to Army Brig. Gen. Hector E. Pagan after relinquishing command of Special Operations Command South on Sept. 17 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. Pagan thanked the service members of the command for their hard work and dedication during his time as the SOCSOUTH commander.
