HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- Tech. Sgt. Earlvine Fort, 482nd Force Support Squadron, Col. Donald Lindberg, 482nd Fighter Wing Commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Cameron Kirksey, 482nd FW Command Chief, leads the Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Development Course on a run early in the morning, Dec. 13. Col. Elwin Rozyskie, 482nd Mission Support Group Commander, also participated. After the run, the colonels addressed the NCO's, telling them that they had support from the commanders on base. The Air Force Reserve Command NCOLDC was established in 1989 in response to a need to provide meaningful, challenging leadership training to mid-level enlisted personnel
