Cutline Col. William Binger, 482nd Fighter Wing commander, receives the National Military Appreciation Month Proclamation by City of Homestead Councilwomen Judy Waldman, (left), and Wendy Lobos, (right), on May 22. The proclamation designates the period of May 1 through May 31 as a special time to show appreciation for our military and encourages the citizens of Homestead to recognize all service members, past and present, and their families.
