Reservists graduate from development class Published April 26, 2010 482nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- Twenty-one Air Force reservists graduated from the Noncommissioned Officer Leadership and Development course at Homestead Air Reserve Base on April 23. "The course objective is to heighten the student's awareness of dynamics of supervision and leadership in the workplace," said class leader Technical Sgt. Earlvine Fort. "Emphasis is placed on management, leadership, workplace communication theories and appropriate means of handling stress."
