MSG welcomes new Commander

Colonel Elwin A. Rozyskie, Jr. assumed command of the 482d Mission Support Group during the Saturday Unit Training Assembly, March 5.

Col. Rozyskie was Deputy Commander, 610th Regional Support Group and Deputy Director, Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters 10th Air Force, Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas.

Col. Rozyskie earned his bachelor degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Military Graduate. He completed his U.S. Army Airborne and Ranger Training in covert operations-qualified, and has served as an Army Scout and Combat Engineer. Col. Rozyskie has also served in all areas of the Air Force Civil Engineering career field, to include service on two numbered air force staffs, as an S-Team member, and as commander of both Prime BEEF and RED HORSE Squadrons.
