Base to conduct local exercise

HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- During the weekend of Feb. 25-26, Homestead Air Reserve Base will be in exercise mode. This is only an exercise in preparation for an upcoming inspection. The local community should expect more activity, noise and aircraft flying around the base during these days.

The base will repeat this exercise again in April and May.
