Like they do each year, Homestead's Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4127 sponsored their annual Veterans Day Parade in historic downtown Homestead, Fla., Nov. 10.

This year was no different, with plenty of military, local businesses, schools, and government officials honoring veterans past and present.

Army Brig. Gen. Sean Mulholland, Special Operations Command South commander, and Col. Donald Lindberg, 482nd Fighter Wing commander, served as co-grand marshals for this year's parade.

Four of Homestead Air Reserve Base's F-16's, assigned to the 93rd Fighter Squadron, kicked off the parade at noon with a flyover above Krome Avenue.

The annual event is one of the oldest Veterans Day celebrations in Florida.
