Members of Homestead Air Reserve Base are asked to complete a command climate survey by end of day on Feb. 9.

The survey gives members the opportunity to assess and comment on a variety of subjects dealing with the general atmosphere at Homestead ARB such as workplace satisfaction, levels of communication, and perceived level of safety among many other subjects.

Each member of the base is sent an e-mail with a link to the survey and an access code which is unique for each unit.

"The survey I am asking you to complete gives you the opportunity to provide opinions on where I should focus attention to improve the human relations climate of our organization," Col. Chris Funk, commander of the 482nd Fighter Wing, wrote in a base wide email.

The survey is completely anonymous and no attempt will be made to identify members based on their responses.

For questions or issues related to the survey, contact Master Sgt. Alan Lilly, equal opportunity specialist for the 482nd FW, at 786-415-6916 or alan.lilly@us.af.mil.
