Homestead Air Reserve Base will be hosting a Defense Commissary Agency case lot sale June 6-7, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, located behind the Army and Air Force Exchange Service Express, commonly known as the shoppette.

The case lot sale features truckloads of merchandise which will be available to purchase onsite.

The event, which brings groceries to service members at a low cost, is open to all service members and dependents with a valid Department of Defense identification card. The vast array of food items and products offer an average of more than 30 percent savings.

Service members are strongly encouraged to partake in these savings in order to bring future case lot sales back to Homestead ARB.

Customers must present a valid Department of Defense identification card that authorizes commissary privileges in order to shop. Cash, checks, debit, and credit cards are accepted for payment. Manufactures' coupons will also be accepted. Shoppers are also encouraged to bring coolers for their purchases
