AF Reserve announces senior leadership changes

Lt. Gen. James F. Jackson, chief of the Air Force Reserve and commander of Air Force Reserve Command, has announced the following senior leader actions.

Maj. Gen. Mark A. Kyle, 22nd Air Force commander, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, will be reassigned as director of Air, Space and Information Operations, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.

Maj. Gen. Stayce D. Harris, Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, will be reassigned as commander, 22nd Air Force, Dobbins ARB.

Brig. Gen. Derek P. Rydholm, director of Air, Space and Information Operations, Headquarters AFRC, Robins AFB, will be reassigned as director of Plans and Programs, Headquarters AFRC, Robins AFB.

Brig. Gen. Randall C. Guthrie, from Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, to retirement.

Col. Ellen M. Moore, chief Readiness Reserve Force Division, J15, United States Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii, will be reassigned as director of Manpower, Personnel and Services, Headquarters AFRC, Robins AFB.
