Base to host commissary case lot sale and bazaar Published Nov. 4, 2014 482nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- Homestead ARB will host a Defense Commissary Agency case lot sale and vendor bazaar in the old Base Exchange Shoppette, across the street from the base, on Nov. 6-8, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The case lot sale features truckloads of merchandise which will be available to purchase on-site. The event, which brings groceries to service members at a lower cost, is open to all active duty, Reserve, National Guard, Coast Guard, military retirees and dependents with a valid Department of Defense identification card. The vast array of food items and products offer an average of more than 30 percent savings. Cash, checks, debit and credit cards are accepted for payment. Manufacturer's coupons will also be accepted. Shoppers are encouraged to bring coolers and manufacturer coupons that aren't expired.
