Base gears up for 2014 Car Show Published Nov. 14, 2014 482nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs Office HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- Dozens of rare and exotic cars will be showcased on the Homestead Air Reserve Base flight line adjacent to base operations Nov. 21 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The show will feature the following cars: 2015 Supercharged Corvette Stingray 2015 Dodge Viper 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat 2015 Jaguar F Type 2015 Porsche Turbo S Cabriolet 2015 Porsche 918 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale 2015 Nissan GTR NISMO version 2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO version 2015 Mercedes Benz SLS GT3 race car Daytona Prototype race car from Rolex/Tudor race series Porsche GT race car Corvette C6R race car Ferrari 458 Challenge race car 2015 Mercedes Benz CLS 2015 BMW i8 Hybrid Supercar 2015 Audi RS5 2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 2015 Supercharged Viper T/A edition (1000 horsepower) 2015 McLaren 650S Vintage 1968 Ford Mustang The new Dodge Challenger Hellcat will perform a speed demonstration on the taxiway for members of the base. Additionally, members attending the event will get to check out an F-16 multi-purpose fighter aircraft performing a take-off for a routine training mission.
