Annual awards set for April 11

HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- Once again the Homestead/Florida City Military Affairs Committee is set to honor our military and civilian personnel of the year at the 16th Annual Awards Banquet, April 11, 6:30 p.m., at the Community Activities Center.

Members from the 482nd Fighter Wing, Special Operations Command South, U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team and Detachment 1, 125th Fighter Wing, Florida Air National Guard will be honored.

Ticket prices:
E1-E5/GS1-GS5: $15
E6-E9/O1-O3/GS6-GS8: $25
All Others: $30

What to wear:
Military: Service dress
Civilian: Coat & tie/cocktail dress

Guest Speaker: Former Commander, U.S. Southern Command, retired Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser.
