Wingman Day to be held March UTA Published Feb. 6, 2015 482nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- As part of a command initiative, the 482nd Fighter Wing will hold a Wingman Day during the March Unit Training Assembly. The Wingman Day theme is "We are Connected" and will emphasize suicide prevention. Training will be held at the squadron level and taught by commander-chosen squadron facilitators. Wingman Day training is mandatory for both military and civilians. The training will also be held at a make-up session for those unable to make the UTA.
