Recruiting at the 482nd Fighter Wing was recognized as the first recruiting team to reach their recruiting goal for 2015.

Master Sgt's. Tracey Barry, Angel Sacarello, Erin DeBourg and Team Homestead made the overall goal for the Eastern Recruiting Squadron both at the team level and individually. For the Homestead goal, they recruited more than 115 candidates into the Air Force Reserve.

Team Homestead's Recruiting Flight covers as far North as Palm Beach, West to Port Charlotte, and south to Key West and the islands of Puerto Rico, St. Croix, and St. Thomas.

Overall, Air Force Reserve Recruiting is on pace to meet their goal for the 15th consecutive year.

Air Force Reserve Command never stops its search for quality people to join the Air Force team, and part of that effort includes attracting motivated Airmen to serve as Reserve recruiters.
