Homestead Air Reserve Base will once again host a Defense Commissary Agency Guard and Reserve On-Site Sale and Fall Bazaar Nov. 5-7. Located across the street from the base in the old AAFES facility formerly known as the Shoppette, the sale will open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., each day.

The event, which brings groceries to service members at a low cost, is open to all service members and dependents with a valid Department of Defense identification card. The vast array of food items and products offer an average of more than 30 percent savings. Manufactures' coupons will also be accepted. Shoppers are also encouraged to bring coolers.

The Fall Bazaar will have over 30 local businesses for customers to shop from. Unique gift items, arts and crafts, jewelry, décor and collections for all seasons are some of the things available. Unlike the commissary sale, the bazaar is open to the general public.
