Biscayne Drive and Westover Gate to close

Effective Monday, 10 Feb, the Westover Gate entrance to HARB will be closed. Traffic will be redirected for approximately five weeks. For traffic coming from the west, detour route will be 132nd Ave to 280th St to 127th Ave for primary route to base. All base traffic will enter the new Entry Control Complex construction zone at the north side of the newly constructed roundabout at St. Nazaire and 127th Ave. Once thru the ECC, traffic will be directed to the Coral Sea Gate.

HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. --

Effective Monday, Feb. 10, the Westover Gate entrance to HARB will be closed. Traffic will be redirected for approximately five weeks. For traffic coming from the west, detour route will be SW 132nd Ave. to SW 280th St. to SW 127th Ave. for primary route to the base.

All base traffic will enter the new Entry Control Complex construction zone at the north side of the newly constructed roundabout at St. Nazaire and SW 127th Ave. Once thru the ECC, traffic will be directed to the Coral Sea Gate on base.
