Area Info:

Homestead – a suburb south of Miami, approximately 35 miles from Miami city center and just before the gateway to the Keys. Homestead is a very diverse town. Home of Homestead ARB, Miami Speedway, tree farms and the soon to be Homestead Station! Here you are just shy of the big city living but still have most of the amenities. You will find some good schools, parks, churches and family-friendly communities in Homestead. In the quaint downtown area, you will find authentic restaurants, the Seminole Theatre and the historical trolley that will take you to the National Everglades and Biscayne Parks for free.

Miami – Dade County – It is situated between Broward and Monroe Counties. The area population is 2,300,000. South Beach is known for its art deco architecture, nightlife, restaurants, shops and ten miles of beach on a barrier island. The Miami Dade Clerk of Court delivers a vast amount of services such as your civil and criminal courts, boating and fishing citations, traffic citations, marriage licenses, driver’s licenses, ID cards, tag and title services, parking and passports.

Florida Keys – It’s the Keys, what more needs to be said?! Plenty of year round sunshine with sandy beaches offering fishing, diving and boating. Cost of living in the Keys is 20% higher than the national average.
