Staff Sgt. Lonnie Robinson, 482nd Operations Support Squadron Aircrew Flight Equipment, conducts training on an aircrew flight equipment virtual trainer, which is used to simulate ejection procedures from an aircraft, at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla., Mar. 22. Aircrew Flight Equipment is responsible for maintaining aircrew flight equipment such as flight helmets, oxygen masks, parachutes, flotation devices, survival kits, helmet mounted devices, aircrew night vision and other ocular systems, anti-G garments, eye and respiratory protective equipment, chemical biological protective oxygen masks and coveralls, and other types of aircrew chemical defense systems.
