7/6/2012 - HOMESTEAD AIR RESERVE BASE, Fla. -- The 482nd Fighter Wing Services hosted its third annual Fourth of July Independence Day Celebration July 4.
The evening included carnival rides, music, food, drinks, and fun for the whole family. The grand finale was a proud display of fireworks that could be seen for miles.
Over 1,500 military members and their families came early to reserve their spots. Attendees were allowed to bring their dogs, footballs, blankets, and lawn chairs for an evening of fun.
The event was free to all Department of Defense employees and their guests in celebration of America's 237th birthday.
