The COVID-19 Sentinel Surveillance Program is designed to protect the force through early detection, identify asymptomatic carriers, and reduce the spread of the virus. As part of this effort, the 482nd Fighter Wing will be testing selected personnel (AGRs, ARTs, DoD civilians, and contractors) throughout the weeks to come.

The Sentinel Surveillance testing is strictly voluntary. Testing will occur Mondays through Wednesdays from 0800-1600 at the Medical Squadron, building 347A.

If you would like to volunteer for testing or need information, please contact the 482nd Bioenvironmental Office at: 786 415 8392.
